The following are my OWN assessments and views of the political situation over the past two years. For the record, I am an independent “swing” voter. I’ve attended one Tea Party rally and thought I would share my assessment.
Both Democrats and Republicans will face a political uphill battle in November, especially, incumbents.The economy is in the tank, investors fear a double dip recession, and congressional trust is at an all time low. As if things were not bad enough for politicians, the “Tea Party” is making their voice heard. But who are they and why are Republicans funding them and kooks like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin speaking for them?
